I had two unfinished pieces at the same scale (1:50): a partially completed isometric drawing and a half-built large physical model. Rather than choosing one to prioritise, I decided to merge them into a single hybrid object.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe isometric drawing was cut out and attached to the front of the model, with openings cut through the paper to align with the windows behind. From certain viewpoints, the composite read as a coherent architectural object, while from others it revealed the internal “back of house” structure and the artificiality of the façade.This final model played directly with the project’s central themes of projection, illusion, and theatricality exploring the boundary between drawing and building. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe print is landscape and at either A3 or A4 on 165gsm matt paper.
